Journals ranked by total articles YTD. SJR is the SCImago Journal Rank (annual prestige metric); click an SJR value to open the journal's SCImago profile. Medline %, Free Full Text %, and ORCID % are ratios for articles in that journal. Retractions counts retracted journal articles (by last-revised date) over the same period; a "W" value (e.g. W25) instead shows withdrawals, matched from PubMed's "WITHDRAWN:" title text. PubMed has no official withdrawal field, so the W count is an approximate, best-effort signal rather than an exact figure. Monthly columns show article counts by create date.
Rankings based on PubMed create date [crdt]. Retractions use "Retracted Publication"[pt] dated by last-revised [lr] over the same period (a separate benchmark — this year's new articles are too recent to have been retracted yet). Withdrawals (shown as "W") are detected from the "WITHDRAWN:" prefix PubMed adds to a citation's title — the route NLM uses for both withdrawn ahead-of-print articles (publisher-updated) and withdrawn preprints (PMC-updated). Per NLM, there is no publication type or comment/correction type for withdrawals, so this is a title-text match over the same [lr] window and won't always map exactly to official withdrawals. Journals with no articles in the period are excluded.
